Occupancy Rates: Most of our competitors (even large real estate companies) in the area don’t use home sharing platforms. They achieve 25-50% occupancy rates through word-of-mouth, while we achieve up to 80-90%+ occupancy rates through technological know-how!

Who would be visiting my property?
All of our guests are prescreened for identification, are pet free, non-smokers, and typically stay for 1-6 nights.
They create minimal use of appliances and put less wear and tear on the property than long term tenants.
YOU — we give you full, easy access to your rental calendar so you have first pick of any dates you’d like to reserve for personal use. This calendar automatically syncs with every platform we advertise on ensuring your dates are for you and you only.
What’s the cost? — We charge a flat, competitive management fee of 20% after rental related expenses

I am a musician and outdoor fanatic who began listing my spare room on Airbnb as a way to offset my rent.
